A mechanical dock leveler is a device used to bridge the gap between a loading dock and a truck or container, ensuring smooth and efficient loading and unloading of goods. It is a manual system, typically operated using a lever or handle, designed to adjust the height of the loading surface to align with the truck.
Functions:
Safety: The leveler ensures that there is no significant gap between the dock and the truck, reducing the risk of accidents or product damage during loading/unloading.
Manual Operation: Unlike hydraulic or electric systems, mechanical dock levelers are manually operated, typically through the use of a hand lever or crank to raise or lower the ramp.
Description:
1) Surface treatment : power coating with epoxy primer paint
2)The main dock plate is made of 8 mm high strength embossed non-slip steel material.
3)The deck plate adopts Unique Rectangular tube steel(100*100 mm), which are reinforced and durable.
4)16 mm thickness extension lip plate (L=500mm), made of the non-slip planer steel material to ensure non-slip and non-deformation function.
5)Adjustable scope : +300mm/-300mm
